Baer & Nichepor Farms was established in 1935 by Milton and Mildred Baer in Ness City, Kansas. Milton and Mildred’s daughter, Stephanie and her husband, Alex, found their way back to western Kansas in 1972 to help on the family farm.  In 1980, Milton and Alex saw the benefits of Certified Seed Wheat, so they began to grow and sell it themselves to benefit their neighbors.

Currently, Baer & Nichepor Farms is managed by Stephen and Alexis Nichepor and overseen by Alex and Stephanie Nichepor. With the eagerness to grow and continually improve, Stephen and Alexis are always inquiring about new seed genetics, treatment and farming practices to keep up with modern, cutting-edge technologies that arise. At their operation, Baer & Nichepor Farms strive to use the most economical practices to attain the highest quality seed with the most bushels per acre. As a fifth-generation farmstead, Baer & Nichepor has been committed to excellence and customer service. Their quality assurance goes above and beyond the minimum requirements for certification by the Kansas Crop Improvement Association (KCIA).

Baer & Nichepor Farms is currently offering the following KWA varieties: Joe, KS Dallas, KS Silverado, Tatanka, and KS Hamilton.
